Product
Sanrui FL-1100 is a modified propylene amide polymer. In the process of linerboard production, when the season is hot and humid, there is often an abnormally high consumption of surface glue and a serious decrease in ring compression strength, which can be largely mitigated by adding moisture inhibitor. Damp-proof enhancer is a kind of cationic polymer, which has strong film-forming property after miscible with starch, and thus can help to improve the ring compression strength.

Applications
Suitable for cardboard production process, can be used alone, or mixed with benzene propylene surface adhesive or AKD type surface adhesive
Add to the starch top hose or directly to the starch tank with agitation

● The Sanrui FL-1100 should be applied with care and avoid contact with skin and eyes.

● It is recommended to add 0.5-2kg per ton of paper, and the sizing bath can play a better sizing effect when the temperature of the sizing liquid is 65-70℃.
Shipping and storage conditions
● Transported according to non-hazardous chemical logistics; away from heat and fire sources
● Store in a cool and dry place, keep away from light, shelf life 3 months.
● Storage environment is: 2℃~49℃
